一、背景介绍
1、Background Introduction
汽车微电机控制系统作为一种小型化、高效能的驱动机构,驱动了座舱内各个智能部件的运动,使得智能座舱内部的电动部件运动更加多样化。例如,在电动出风口中,微电机控制系统能够根据车内温度和湿度自动调节风口的开合程度,以提供最佳的空气流通效果;运动显示屏通过微电机控制系统的控制,实现了流畅的升降和旋转,增强了用户的视觉体验;而智能香氛系统则需要微电机控制系统控制香氛的释放和浓度调节,为用户创造个性化的车内环境。微电机控制系统的高精度和快速响应能力,不仅使得车辆的各项运动部件可以通过电控系统进行灵活配置和精细调节,满足用户的即时需求,还提升了汽车的自动化水平。
The automotive micro motor control system, as a miniaturized and highly efficient driving mechanism, drives the movement of various intelligent components within the cabin, enabling more diverse motions of electric parts in the smart cockpit. For example, in electric air vents, the micro motor control system can automatically adjust the opening and closing of the vents based on the temperature and humidity inside the vehicle, providing optimal air circulation. The motion display screen achieves smooth lifting and rotation through the control of the micro motor control system, enhancing the user's visual experience. Meanwhile, the intelligent fragrance system relies on the micro motor control system to regulate the release and concentration of fragrances, creating a personalized in-car environment for users. The high precision and rapid response capability of the micro motor control system not only allow for flexible configuration and fine-tuning of various moving components through the electronic control system to meet users’ immediate needs but also enhance the overall automation level of the vehicle.

未来,汽车微电机控制系统将集中在智能化、自动化、集成化等多方面发展。智能化、自动化体现在能够根据驾驶环境和用户偏好进行自适应调节。这种智能化将使得汽车能够实现更为个性化的功能,比如根据驾驶者的习惯自动调节座椅、空调和娱乐系统等。集成化设计体现在将多个功能模块集成于一个系统中。这不仅能够减小空间占用,还能降低成本和提高系统的可靠性。例如,集成电动出风口和香氛系统的微电机控制模块,可以减少线路复杂度和安装难度。
In the future, automotive micro motor control systems will focus on development in several areas, including intelligence, automation, and integration. Intelligence and automation will manifest in the system's ability to adaptively adjust based on driving conditions and user preferences. This intelligence will enable vehicles to provide more personalized functions, such as automatically adjusting seats, air conditioning, and entertainment systems according to the driver’s habits.
Integration will be reflected in the design that consolidates multiple functional modules into a single system. This approach not only reduces space requirements but also lowers costs and enhances system reliability. For example, integrating the electric air vent and fragrance system into a single micro motor control module can simplify wiring complexity and installation challenges.

To keep pace with the development of the smart automotive market, an increasing number of suppliers and automotive manufacturers are beginning to produce and apply automotive micro motor control systems, including microcontrollers, microsensors, microactuators, gearboxes, and micro motor drives. Looking ahead, how these technologies can be integrated with other technical resources in smart cockpits and smart connected vehicles for application in new era scenarios is a crucial question. Addressing these issues will require collaborative discussions among OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, chip manufacturers, algorithm developers, material scientists, and equipment providers throughout the industry supply chain to seek breakthroughs.

Prior to this, we successfully held the first "Forum on Automotive Smart Cockpits and Micro Motor Control Systems," which attracted numerous industry experts, scholars, and representatives from enterprises. Together, they explored the latest advancements in automotive smart cockpit technology and the applications of micro motor control systems in the automotive sector. This forum provided a valuable platform for attendees to exchange ideas and fostered technological innovation and collaboration within the industry.
Next, Aibang Intelligent Manufacturing and the Intelligent Automotive Club plan to hold the "Second Forum on Automotive Smart Cockpits and Micro Motor Control Systems" in East China in November 2025. This forum will focus on new technologies and future development directions in the field of micro motor control systems for automotive smart cockpits, with in-depth analysis and research on technological innovations in this area. We sincerely invite industry experts, scholars, and practitioners to attend the event and engage in discussions to contribute to the further development of the automotive smart cockpit micro motor control system industry.
