IME工艺简介
早期IME简介
IME工艺的核心是电路制造并将之整合进装饰件中,早期IME电路的制造方式经历了两个阶段
第一阶段是印刷导电金属材料发展:主要是印刷导电银浆制程
问题主要是:

早期导电银线路价格较高,
-
且可焊接性能不好
-
与基材附着力不好。纳米银粉需要占据70%比例才能形成好的导电性能,因此粘接胶的比例少于30%,与基材附着力不好。
这一技术主要是贴覆在产品背面,再整合导光板、PCBA板、然后再进行装配。
第二阶段是印刷不导电的油墨材料,再后期金属化
印刷的油墨中不含导电成分,90%以上都是与基材粘接力好的胶层,用激光活化后在药水中电镀上去的电路,因此导电性和可焊接性能优异。
高铁上已有大量应用,比如说高铁上的机械按键、触摸震动反馈按键等。这一技术的优点是焊接性相对较好,但油墨附着性能较差,还是需要通过装配方式生产。

现阶段IME加工过程
膜片印刷过程

用于装饰的PC薄膜上的丝网印刷彩色图形;

丝网印刷功能油墨用于触摸按钮和跟踪。

印刷保护层和粘贴层,用于材料的粘贴。

现有的产品设计上,产品表面一般为3D的装饰曲面。因此,在IME成型过程中除了会涉及到注塑成型外,IME膜片还需进行3D成型——即空气高压成型。
