从统计来看,相比于2022年,有种搭载车型迅速增多的感觉,但是所采用的技术路线没太大变化,大部分都采用的EC技术。今年上市的车型主要有蔚来ET5旅行版、比亚迪SUV宋L、阿维塔12、2023款蔚来EC6等。

一、EC技术概述

从以上表格不难看出,采用EC技术的车型较多,故给大家简单回顾一下EC调光技术。

EC玻璃的基本结构由两片玻璃及在两片玻璃内侧的导电层和将两片玻璃连接在一起的框胶构成,在框胶围起的两片玻璃空间充有电致光变色材料,变色材料的中间载体可以是液态或胶态(凝胶),也可以是固态。

不论EC玻璃变色材料的中间载体是哪种状态,其中都有三种主要不同的分层材料:EC层和离子存储层、传导离子和电子层。电解质是纯离子导体,分离两个EC层。透明导体是纯电子导体。当电子从透明导体进入EC层,以及电荷平衡离子从电解质进入时,就会产生光吸收。通俗的说,就是当EC玻璃不通电时,两片玻璃内部的离子是呈不规则的状态。

三、2023年搭载车型介绍

1、Century

近日,AGC Inc.宣布,公司的Digital Curtain (TM)调光玻璃已应用于Toyota将在2023年推出的全新Century豪华车型。后排座椅采用Digital Curtain (TM)后,可即时调节透光率和可见度,有助于营造宽敞舒适的车内空间。这是全球首次在车门部分采用调光玻璃。

Digital Curtain (TM)是一种调光玻璃,可阻挡太阳热量和刺目眩光,在调光模式(不透明状态)下可确保私密性,而在透光模式(透明状态)下可带来开阔感。迄今为止,调光玻璃一直被用作固定窗,如全景天窗。全新Digital Curtain (TM) 调光玻璃不仅具有出色的化学耐久性,能够长期承受风吹雨打和日晒,同时也拥有良好的机械耐久性,能够经受频繁的开关和升降。此外,车窗玻璃周围的黑色陶瓷设计极尽精致与整洁,与Century的尊贵身份相得益彰。这种车门设计受到了高度赞誉,同时,这也是全球首次在后门部分采用调光玻璃。

2、蔚来EC6

9月15日晚8点,蔚来2023款EC6正式发布。蔚来EC6是继EC7、ET5T之后,2023年第三款搭载光羿EC调光隔热天幕的车型。

全新EC6的全景天幕整体面积为1.770㎡,采光面积为1.156㎡,采用4.96mm双层隔音隔热玻璃,可选装EC光感天幕玻璃。应用第三代柔性电致变色技术,EC光感天幕玻璃在亮态时透光率为6%,总能量隔绝率85%;暗态时透光率为1%,总能量隔绝率86.3%,紫外线隔绝率高达99.9%。

 

3、阿维塔12

2023年9月5日北京时间10时,阿维塔12于德国慕尼黑进行了上市发布。

阿维塔12搭载的智能光感前风挡+智能光感全景天幕,在确保超大视野的同时,能有效遮阳、隔热、保护隐私。可分区调控的智能光感全景天幕全程的变色时间仅90秒内。

阿维塔12智能光感前风挡,采用了 EC 固态电致变色玻璃技术,带自适应光感功能,采光面积高达2.57㎡,能量透射率低、紫外线防御力强。

4、比亚迪SUV宋L

2023年8月25日,比亚迪首款先锋猎装B级SUV宋L,在成都国际车展首发亮相,搭载EC智能感光天幕。

5、蔚来ET5旅行版

6月15日,蔚来智能电动旅行车ET5T全球发布。该车型搭载智能调光全景天幕,超大尺寸全景天幕玻璃,采光面积达 1.35㎡,是旅途中流动的取景框,抬头仰望就是完美天空。

天幕玻璃紫外线隔绝率高达99%,隔绝80%以上热量,还可选智能调光,自动调节天窗透光档位。

6、海豹冠军版

5月10日,“全新纯电轿跑”比亚迪海豹冠军版正式上市,四驱性能版首次标配光感天幕,同时700km尊贵版和性能版可选装光感天幕。
