According to news on May 17, Lumileds, an international LED company, announced that it will sell its lamps to auto parts manufacturer First Brands Group, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "First Brands") for US$238 million (approximately RMB 1.735 billion). and accessories business (Lamps and Accessories business). This transaction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of this year.
As part of this transaction, Lumileds' automotive lighting factories in China, Germany and Poland will be transferred along with the lighting and accessories business. Lumileds' factories and bases in the Netherlands, the United States, Malaysia, Singapore, Germany and Jiaxing, China will be retained.
