宁铁龙，目前就职于小鹏汽车自动驾驶中心，主要负责毫米波雷达技术选型、前沿技术研究、应用开发及感知问题解决。先后就职于航天科工集团23所、西安天和防务等多家雷达科研机构，有11年的雷达研发经验。曾多次参与毫米波雷达相关标准、行规编制，对于雷达的技术应用、测试及验证有着丰富经验。
