芯思杰:可用于激光雷达雪崩光电二极管芯片

雪崩光电二极管芯片（Avalanche Photodiode Chip)简称APD Chip，是一种具有内部倍增光电流的光接收芯片。该产品有源区直径为400μm正面入光，便于光纤对准，正面/背面电极结构；高响应度（M=1；1550nm典型值1.02A/W），高倍增（典型值：M＞10，V_BR-2V），低暗电流（典型值：25nA，0.9V_BR V）。高性能大光敏面的622Mbps APD Chip封装成单管的TO-CAN可以提高光接收机的灵敏度，广泛用于微光探测和激光雷达等领域。
