IML英文是In-Mold Label （部分作In molding Lamination），一般叫法是模内镶件注塑、模内贴标等。(拉伸程度较低) ，有用在过手机，目前这一技术在家电、汽车、医疗电子等行业已广泛应用。比如常见的空调、洗衣机IMD控制面板，扫地机器人面盖，汽车一体显示盖板、中控面板等。

1. 工艺介绍

   IMC（In-Mold Circuit）简称模内线路，通过丝网印刷方式增加导电线路及触摸感应油墨，然后再做3D高压成型，最后再注塑，触摸感应层在IML薄膜与注塑层中间。相比较传统物理开关极大的改善了观感，体现了智能的元素；相比较IML贴合FPC的方式，工序更简单，灵敏度更好，而且能实现更为明显的3D立体效果，可广泛用于汽车内饰功能键（比如空调面板，氛围灯）、大小家电控制面板。公司研发IMC/IME工艺多年，已获多项专利。

   IME（In-Mold Electronics）模内电子,是传统的模内装饰(IMD)技术与柔性印制电路的结合。是将线路印刷，SMT贴装（电子元器件：LED灯、电阻、电容、传感器，芯片IC等），高压成型，注塑成型集成为一体的智能表面技术。得到的IME控制开关可以准确完成所有功能的控制,并且相比原先的机械式开关减重近60%,实现了轻量化的目标。这一技术可广泛用于汽车、家电、消费电子、医疗器械等领域。

   INS (Film Insert Molding)， 也叫嵌片注塑工艺，此工艺是利用热吸塑成型或高压成型的方法，把转印好的ABS板材(一般是0.5mm厚)进行3D拉伸，然后依照产品外型裁出嵌片，接着再把此嵌片准确地置于注塑模腔内，注塑成型。主要应用于汽车内饰。
