上海科创企业博泰车联网近日正式完成10亿元规模的C轮战略融资，包括C轮上海国盛资本，以及C+轮平安资本、井冈山基金。博泰车联网将利用此次融资资金持续加码布局智能网联汽车，加快推动科创板上市进程。

至此，博泰已累计获得建信信托、海尔资本等众多投资机构，以及东风集团、一汽集团、中国电动汽车百人会等多家产业链领先企业和机构的战略投资，融资总额超过25亿元。
据悉，未来智能网联化将接力电动化，全面赋能传统车企转型。自动驾驶和智能座舱为智能化的核心，加速汽车从出行工具升级为"移动第三空间"。随着汽车软硬件架构的不断迭代及座舱配置的场景化升维，未来的车内空间将可以通过车辆的震动、音响、视觉、嗅觉，结合 AR、VR的技术，为车主提供沉浸式、仪式感的体验。

作为国内车联网早期入局者，博泰专攻智能化车载信息服务系统研发，为国内外主流汽车集团提供车载智能网联产品或服务，已累计投入18亿元研发资金，并将营业收入30%以上持续投入。博泰已经拥有操作系统、智能语音、智能交互硬件、高精地图以及云平台五大核心技术，累积申请超过6000项知识产权，其中发明专利占比85%。客户覆盖近30个汽车品牌、近百款车型，200余个车款迭代。
