京东方智慧视窗首次应用于高速磁悬浮列车车窗

近日，我国首创的时速600公里高速磁悬浮列车在青岛成功下线，这也是目前全球范围内运行速度最快的地面交通工具。这辆更智能化、更舒适的高速磁悬浮列车车窗选用的，是京东方携手福耀玻璃、中车青岛四方车辆研究所共同推出推出的智能自适应调光视窗——智慧视窗。

在这列高速磁悬浮列车上，京东方(BOE)智慧视窗可以自动匹配车外光线。乘客通过视窗上的透明显示按键，自主调节车窗亮度，实现整面或分区调光。京东方官网则显示，智慧视窗采用semiconductor显示+染料液晶，可广泛应用于高铁侧窗、乘用车天窗与侧窗、船舶舷窗、建筑幕墙与采光顶等领域。

此次应用在高速磁悬浮列车的智慧视窗则选用了染料液晶技术。BOE最新公示专利显示，染料液晶调光玻璃利用液晶中二向色性染料分子对光的选择性吸收，实现亮态与暗态的切换，相较现有PDLC、电致变色智能玻璃，在黑态纯度、响应时间等光学性能上有大幅提升。

除BOE的染料液晶调光方案之外，市面上常规的调光玻璃方案有PDLC(聚合物分散液晶)、EC(电致变色)及SPD(悬浮粒子)。

PDLC(聚合物分散液晶)调光玻璃加电透明，断电呈雾态，因雾度较大，限制了PDLC的应用场景，比较适合应用在会议室隔断，且PDLC智能玻璃只能实现透明与雾度切换，不遮光、不隔热，不能广泛应用在汽车玻璃上。

EC(电致变色)原理是氧化还原反应实现变色调光，响应速度较慢(~5min/㎡)，且玻璃尺寸越大，变色越慢，暗态会出现颜色偏蓝的现象。

SPD(悬浮粒子)调光玻璃的工作电压高达110V，担心存在安全风险，因此在车窗玻璃中的应用受到较大限制。

与其他调光方案相比，BOE染料液晶调光方案的优势是高通透、低功耗、快速响应，搭配车窗工业化方案具有隔音、隔热和防紫外的效果，能够很好地融合于多类型智能座舱应用场景。

目前，BOE智慧视窗方案可分为天窗调光和侧窗调光两类。天窗调光基于BOE液晶调光技术，具备优良的隔热性能，可取代传统遮阳帘，可支持整面或分区调光，同能还能实现触控、语音等多种控制方式;侧窗调光支持对整面玻璃或分区进行调光，可实现对光线的自由掌控;同时集成BOE透明显示技术，可实现人车交互。
