有望成为“中国激光雷达第一股”：禾赛科技递交招股书拟赴美上市

1月17日晚间，禾赛科技向美国证监会(SEC)提交招股书，拟在美国纳斯达克上市，有望成为“中国激光雷达第一股”。招股书显示，2019年至2022年前9个月，禾赛科技实现营业收入分别为3.48元、4.16亿元、7.21亿元、7.93亿元。截至目前，该公司累计交付超10万台激光雷达，已获Li Auto Inc.、集度、路特斯、高合、长安、上汽等10家主流乘用车厂累计数百万台的量产定点；自动驾驶客户则包括：Aurora、Zoox、TuSimple、NVIDIA、Nuro、美团、百度、文远知行等。

Aibang has now established an automotive radar exchange group to integrate upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain such as radar factories, chips, materials, and equipment to promote the development of the lidar industry.
