1月3日，天眼查App显示，近日，重庆赛力斯凤凰智创科技有限公司成立，法定代表人为许林，注册资本约12.22亿人民币，经营范围含汽车零部件研发、汽车零部件及配件制造、人工智能基础软件开发、计算机软硬件及辅助设备批发等。
股东信息显示，该公司由重庆科学城投资控股有限公司和赛力斯汽车旗下3家企业成都赛力斯科技有限公司、重庆赛力斯新能源汽车设计院有限公司、重庆赛新企业管理咨询合伙企业（有限合伙）共同持股。
2023年11月，由赛力斯汽车与华为联合打造的全景智慧旗舰SUV——AITO问界M9成功获得L3级自动驾驶测试牌照。
此次获得的11张L3级自动驾驶测试牌照中，5张为重庆地区牌照，6张为深圳地区牌照。赛力斯汽车成为目前唯一同时获得重庆、深圳两城L3自动驾驶测试牌照的车企。
AITO问界M9将在特定区域开展L3级自动驾驶道路测试，涉及施工、长坡、连续弯道、桥梁隧道、匝道汇入等复杂场景以及拥堵、高车流量路段的考验。
