根据协议，基于华为数字能源在数字技术、电力电子技术领域的积累，以及赛力斯集团在新能源汽车研发、制造、销售及服务等方面的优势，双方将重点在以下几方面深化合作：
智能电动部件产品方面，将联合研发与制造电驱动、车载充电、增程系统、智能光伏、底盘融合系统、线控制动、多合一驱动系统等部件产品。
智能电动的创新降本合作上，将通过E2E技术创新、规模化，实现整车创新降本，加速推动智能电动解决方案商业化变现。
产品与技术联合开发方面，将共同打造极具市场竞争力的产品与技术解决方案，为消费者提供极致的产品体验。
充电网络超充联盟及服务方面，携手推进新能源汽车充电超充网络部署，实现平台互联互通。
国际化合作方面，共同推动国际化产品的技术开发与国际化市场拓展。
