集微网消息，2月23日，光峰科技发布2023年业绩快报称，年度重点发力车载光学等成长性业务，夯实影院核心器件等基本盘业务发展成果，不断做强做优基本面。报告期内，公司实现营业收入22.17亿元，同比下降12.77%，归母净利润1.02亿元，同比下降14.63%；扣非净利润3916.95万元，同比下降40.94%，公司整体毛利率为36.23%。

2023年，光峰科技车载光学业务获得多个高质量前装定点，并于2023年12月迎来首个定点车型问界M9正式落地；国内电影市场呈现稳步向好趋势，推动公司影院核心器件业务高质量发展；专业显示业务稳健发展，保持行业领先地位；C端主动优化调整业务及人员结构，并与家用核心器件业务充分整合内部资源。具体如下：

公司积极把握汽车市场发展新机遇，已围绕车载显示、激光大灯与AR-HUD三大业务线获得多个前装定点。

2023年12月，公司迎来首个定点车型问界M9正式落地。问界M9搭载由公司为其提供的业界首款车规级巨幕投影解决方案，能够为用户带来清晰、细腻、护眼的画面体验。同时，得益于创新性的X型连接结构和独特的电机锁定方式，使车载投影抗振性达到极致，在高速行驶的状态下仍能保持稳定的画面效果。公司为该车型提供的车载巨幕投影方案成功上车，重新定义车载娱乐场景，无论是长途旅行还是短途出行，用户可轻松让宽敞的后排空间变成电竞房、私人会议室或专享大户室等场景，使乘车过程中的娱乐生活更加优质和舒适。目前，问界M9已进入量产交付阶段，预计在项目生命周期内对公司经营业绩产生积极影响。

截至目前，公司围绕车载业务的三大产品线已获6个高质量前装定点。除2023年12月发布的问界M9外，其他5个尚未发布车型的定点亦将对公司未来经营业绩产生积极影响，也为公司拓展更多高质量定点积累深厚行业经验。

进入2024年，一方面，公司将积极配合车企的规划推进其他5个定点的产品量产交付，共同实现定点车型落地；另一方面，公司将继续围绕大客户合作逻辑，充分发挥车载光学技术优势，积极拓展国内外头部车企的定点合作，提升公司的定点质量和数量，致力成为车载光学部件的优秀核心供应商。

关于2023年业绩变动，光峰科技说明如下：

（1）报告期内，受消费电子市场的短期波动影响，家用核心器件业务及C端产品收入有所下降，系公司营业收入下降的主要原因。

（2）报告期内，为了进一步保持公司在激光显示领域的技术领先性，以及提升核心竞争力，公司持续加大车载光学等成长性业务的研发投入，加大关键核心技术及核心零部件攻关，引进优秀研发人才，购置研发设备及设施，故本期研发费用同比有所增加。

（3）考虑消费电子快速迭代等因素，公司就存货跌价准备计提进行初步测算，计提存货跌价损失同比增加。报告期内，公司对外投资的参股公司业绩亏损进一步加大，导致2023年度投资损失同比增加；同时，该长期股权投资测试存在减值迹象，预计计提减值损失，从而导致全年预计业绩同比有所下滑。
