近日，重庆赛力斯海外电动车有限公司成立，法定代表人为张兴燕，注册资本1000万人民币，经营范围含新能源汽车整车销售、汽车销售、货物进出口、新能源汽车电附件销售、日用百货销售、家用电器销售等。股权全景穿透图显示，该公司由重庆小康进出口有限公司全资持股，后者由赛力斯间接全资持股。
赛力斯的这一布局高度契合重庆市的“渝车出海”行动计划，当前重庆正积极建设世界级智能网联新能源汽车产业集群，同时，重庆将加快建设全国领先的智能网联新能源汽车出口基地，实现由产品出口向品牌及技术输出等价值链高端环节跃升。到2027年，全市智能网联新能源汽车产业形成较强的国际辐射能力，年出口金额超过1200亿元。
赛力斯在3月1日发布2024年2月份产销快报，2月新能源汽车产量32273辆，同比增长257.64%；销量30257辆，同比增长360.04%。其中，赛力斯汽车七月销量为28062辆，同比增长700.63%。
