From the groundbreaking of Chery's engine plant in 1997 to the rollout of Chery's first sedan "Fengyun" in 1999; to the rollout of Chery Kunpeng super hybrid C-DM special engine and gearbox in 2023, Chery has always focused on technological innovation. The driving force is to continuously expand the industry moat and continue to build core technological advantages.
Nowadays, Chery Automobile is accelerating the layout of new energy, intelligent network, shared travel, platform and ecology based on the traditional fuel vehicle track. Chery's passenger car business has formed a development strategy that simultaneously develops multiple technical routes such as hybrid, extended-range, pure electric, and hydrogen energy. Together with batteries, motors, and electronic controls, it has formed a "four vertical and three horizontal" R&D core layout, demonstrating a strong full-dimensional technical strength.
