全球领先的光学解决方案供应商艾迈斯欧司朗(瑞士证券交易所股票代码:AMS)近日宣布,将LED薄膜应用于汽车领域的创新方案是ALIYOS™ LED-on-foil技术的下一步发展方向。这一前沿技术将艾迈斯欧司朗的ALIYOS™技术与LEONHARD KURZ公司创新的模内装饰(IMD)和功能薄膜粘合(FFB)技术相结合。该技术采用FFB后模热压印工艺,通过热压处理,ALIYOS™ LED薄膜可集成于多种面板。结合IMD表面装饰工艺,提供无可比拟的设计灵活性,实现前所未有的发光效果,为汽车照明行业开辟全新的机遇。

在模内装饰和功能薄膜粘合技术的加持下,ALIYOS™拥有四个不同的超薄光板,每块光板均具有独特的表面设计和照明效果,并拥有32个可单独控制的红色光段,形成引人注目的光影模式,大幅提升汽车内外照明的美观性和功能性。当光源关闭时,能形成隐藏式光源设计,开启后,则呈现出“大放异彩”的效果。ALIYOS™技术紧跟最新行业趋势,为汽车设计师提供强有力的新选择,助力整车设计创新。

目前,艾迈斯欧司朗正与LEONHARD KURZ公司携手,计划于2024年10月16日至17日在法国巴黎举行的SIA VISION展会上,展示这款双方共同打造的创新技术。

由于传统带封装的LED必须贴装在厚实的印刷电路板上,这一物理特性限制了汽车制造商真正原创灯具设计的发挥空间。这在一定程度上限制了设计的自由度。
基于这样的行业背景,艾迈斯欧司朗推出了新型ALIYOS™技术:这一创新的LED-on-foil技术实现了汽车照明领域前所未有的效果,得益于器件的超薄设计,光线仿佛凭空产生。
此次技术突破,意味着艾迈斯欧司朗的LED元件可以直接通过注塑集成到汽车内外饰上,从而支持设计师们更具整体美学的各种设计。同时,这一技术更是在某种程度上解决了早几大家十分关注的IME技术上的难点。
