2024年12月30日，天马Micro-LED产线在厦门成功实现全制程贯通。
本次全制程贯通仪式现场点亮的是天马自主研发生产的PID标准显示单元模块。该标准模块以天马LTPS基玻璃背板为基础，利用天马Micro-LED产线自研的全激光巨量转移工艺，可打破传统显示尺寸限制，实现无尺寸限制的无边框拼接显示。
天马自2017年开始布局Micro-LED技术，聚焦高PPI、高亮度、高透明显示等技术方向。公司已先后发布高透明、无缝拼接、透明可调、超低反透明、超高PPI等行业领先的Micro-LED显示产品。
为引领Micro-LED技术快速走向产业化，促进新型显示技术领域蓬勃发展，天马于2022年正式投建了全制程Micro-LED产线。该产线采用全激光制作流程，并配备了定制化全自动巨量转移及键合设备。在产线建设过程中，超30款量产设备和材料为天马联合供应链上下游企业首次共同开发，实现以自主技术为核心的产线贯通。
天马Micro-LED产线顺利全制程贯通，将进一步巩固和提升天马在新型显示技术领域的竞争力和领先地位，提高我国在高端显示领域的自主创新能力和国产化水平，有效促进新型显示技术快速走向产业化，带动中国面板产业的进步与突破，助力天马加快实现“显示领域全球领先”的战略目标！
